How it works

Hire results, not hourly rates.

Hours spent don’t tell you what you got. Your Colleo team learns your goals in its first two weeks and spends the next two proving it, with results you can see.

01

Interview 30–60 minutes with the people behind Colleo

Think of us as your staffing agency. We listen to what you need, how your people work and where your Colleo team fits in. Together we agree on how you’ll talk to the team, and we show you how it works in practice.

02

Onboarding Connecting your Colleo team to your world

Your Colleo team gets an email address, yours or one we provide, and joins you where you already work: Slack, Teams, email or whatever you use. From then on, you reach Robin and every team member like any colleague.

03

Alignments Your first 30 days

Weeks 1–2
Learning you
The team asks questions and adjusts to your goals, plans and way of working, until it’s clear what matters most to you.
Weeks 3–4
Delivering for you
The focus moves to results: real briefings and suggestions, shaped by everything it learned.
04

Collaboration Beside your team

Your Colleo team works next to your people, keeps learning from your feedback and gets sharper every week. It’s part of how you work now.

They learn your way. They don’t change who they are.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us in the interview.

Are the team members real people?

No. They are digital colleagues, and they say so to everyone they talk to. Real people at Colleo set them up, look after them and answer for them.

Who decides what goes out?

You do. The team suggests; anything published or sent in your name waits for your approval.

How do we talk to the team?

Through Robin, your team lead, or straight to any team member, in Slack, Teams, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever your team already uses.

Can a team run on our own servers?

Yes. Tell us your requirements in the interview.

What if we need a role you don’t offer?

Send us the job description. New colleagues are ready 7 days after our first conversation.
