Colleo is made by Qcentic GmbH, an IT consulting firm in Cologne. We organise digital colleagues the way good teams work: one lead who answers for the work, clear roles, and a human who decides.
Colleo was started by Siamak Mehraghdam, founder of Qcentic, after more than 15 years as a Scrum Master, agile coach and project lead at organisations including Daimler, Vodafone, BWI and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
The teams that delivered had the same things in common: one lead who owned the result, clear roles, reviews by someone who did not do the work, and a human who made the final call. A Colleo team is built exactly that way.
